1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging UpSkyrocket LLC ("MyPartnerInTech", "we") for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide software design, development, and operations services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which prevails over any estimate shown on this site.
3. Estimates
Pricing shown by the configurator is indicative only, based on past projects, and does not constitute a binding quote. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
4. Engagements & payment
Engagement model (retainer, fixed-bid, or embedded), invoicing schedule, and payment terms are agreed per project. Late payments may pause active work.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in the statement of work, ownership of delivered, paid-for work product transfers to the client. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how.
6. Warranties & liability
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
